We were delighted with our stay at this charming little hotel. The room was gorgeous and the huge bed was super comfortable, especially after a long day. Plus, the breakfast was a lovely experience served in an elegant room!

The location of 21212 is fantastic, tucked away in a quiet area yet just a pleasant walk to the bustling city center. The room was spacious with an enormous bed, well-furnished, and the bathroom felt luxurious with high-quality toiletries. The decor gave a sense of warmth and elegance. I appreciated the staff's friendliness and attentiveness, especially during lunch, where my meal was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. the breakfast left a lot to be desired. it felt quite basic and didn't match the hotel's luxurious ambiance. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing, especially for a five-star rated establishment. I expected more variety and options. The shared area for tea and coffee felt inconvenient. There was also some noise from outside—single-pane windows don't insulate sound well, which may be a disturbance for lighter sleepers. Despite these issues, the hotel itself felt special, and I enjoyed my time relatively well. Given the reputation of the place, I expected a bit more attention to the minor details, especially regarding breakfast and in-room amenities.

The Deluxe Double Room was gorgeous and spacious—seriously the biggest room I've stayed in! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the elegant decor made it feel luxurious. The bathroom was huge and spotless, with plenty of nice touches like snacks and drinks. Only downside was there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit surprising. But honestly, everything else was on point.
